You'll be trained by the team, drawing on over a decade of cleaning experience. Proper technique, the right products for every surface, and the small habits that separate good from outstanding.

You notice the things others miss — the corners, the skirting boards, the underside of the rim. You don't cut corners; you clean them.
You'll be in people's homes and workplaces. We need someone who treats every space — and every person — with warmth and respect.
Mistakes happen — what matters is owning them. If something gets broken or missed, we want to hear about it from you first.
Cleaning is active work — lots of standing, bending, reaching and lifting. A good baseline of fitness and stamina will make every day easier.
You're comfortable working independently once you know what's needed. You spot the things that need doing and quietly get on with them — that kind of initiative goes a long way here.
Most days you'll be cleaning between 2 and 5 residential or commercial properties across the Illawarra. Each job has a clear scope and checklist, so you know exactly what's expected and can take pride in ticking it off.
You'll be supplied with quality equipment and products, full training on every technique, and the freedom to manage your time within each booking. We focus on doing fewer jobs really well, not racing through as many as possible.
If you've worked in cleaning before, you'll notice the difference here: realistic timeframes, proper steps, and the space to do the job well. And if you haven't cleaned professionally before, you're in good hands — we'll teach you everything from scratch.
